You know we were talking in the office about all that's going on with the financial crisis and the coronavirus and I wanted to just share with you a quick update in terms of what I'm seeing in the marketplace. When it comes to job search and career planning. So obviously you have a lot of companies pretty scared right now many companies are starting to work from home the most immediate impact we're seeing is that they're cutting all in-person interviewing so a lot of interviewing is now happening virtually so you need to know how to do virtual interviews you need to know video interviewing techniques. If you want to be able to conduct a successful interview, I would say now probably and you know for a while here going out the other thing we're going to see is hiring freezes and the final stages of hiring really slow down and that's because they are eventually going to want to meet you in person and until this is all cleared up that's going to hold them back from hiring and then lastly and probably the most scary thing is that for a lot of companies that were maybe not so strong in their financials this will be the tipping point coronavirus will be the need for them to restructure potentially layoffs.
