Re – Frase was born to challenge the usual process of recruitment. It happened when two individuals saw a computer graduate working in a pharmacy and the boy ended up fixing up the systems on every desk rather than serving a person with the medicine at the counter. The boy shouted “YES I DID IT” after fixing every system. The person on asking then said “ I love the machines NOT the medicines” and that is where we decided to build careers. More importantly finding out the right job for the right person and not just a person for a job
