Hiring for leading International BPO for a voice and accent trainer

Need Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 1 year voice & accent trainer on papers

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Maintain the desired target throughput for VNA training batches
• Manage and control attrition and effective employee engagement activities
• Drive continuous improvement program across processes Analysis of utilization, efficiency and available data for the process
• Undertake detailed process improvement studies and up skills the team members
• Drive culture of continuous improvement Provide Training support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements

Shift- Night Shift  (9pm-6am) with Sunday Off
