Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. Executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilites:

1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

2. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.

3. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Requirement:

1. Good Communication Skills.

2. Negotiation Skills.

3. Bachelor Degree Preferred.

4. Knowledge of MS Office.

5. Able to Speak Marathi

6. Both Fresher & Experienced can apply.
