Job Description

Role & Responsiblilities: 

We are looking for Candidate Team Lead position who will be handling the hiring, managing the delivery boys to accomplish the Flipkart Delivery Services.

• Candidate will be working closely with the team to ensure maximum output from the team.
• Managing and training the team on various aspects of Delivery Service. 
• Solving client s queries and team members queries related to Delivery Service and over all process.
• Candidate will be working on targets & should also be  able to accomplishing them.

Qualifications and experience:

· Degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline 

· 2 years any or relevant industry and resource management experience

· Ability to lead and direct teams.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to confidently deal with performance management.

· A background understanding of relevant technology and practice.

· Excellent written and verbal communication ( English, Hindi & Marathi).

· A confident and effective problem solver and decision maker whilst working under pressure
