Job Overview:
We are looking for a person who can be a swiss army knife in terms of marketing, has a flair and understands how engaging multimedia content can be used in marketing, one who can enhance our client brands and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms.
And most importantly one with ABL attitude ( to fit in you must know the abbreviation)
Role & responsibility:
● Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
● Develop, implement and manage monthly social media strategy.
● Development of brand awareness and online reputation
● Manage and oversee social media content.
● Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, trends and technologies
● Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
● Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
● Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
● Report on effectiveness of campaigns
● Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
● Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
● Understand how social media impacts search traffic
● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
● Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
● Work with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.
You are the one we are looking for if you have:
● Proven work experience of 1-2 years in tenets of social media
● Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices
● Ability to deliver creative content ideas
● Good understanding of social media KPIs
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and team player
● Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
● Expertise with social listening and community management tools.
● Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential
● Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
● Maintains excellent writing and language skills
● Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
