➡️ Handling customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; following up to ensure resolution.
➡️ Taking ownership of the customer issues and resolving at priority.
➡️ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints within 24 hours.
➡️ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
➡️ Maintaining required documents, reports and trackers.
➡️ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
➡️ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
➡️ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

✅ Both Fresher and Experience can Apply (candidates experienced in non-voice support preferred )
✅ A good writing skill with no grammatical error.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Hard-core customer support with no "give up" attitude.
✅ Typing Speed above 30 - 40 wpm.
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
✅ Be willing to learn and go the extra mile.
