Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities: 

1. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
2. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
3. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
4. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
5. Monitor HR department’s budget
6. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
7. Manage employees’ grievances
8. Create and run referral bonus programs
9. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
10. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
11. Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Skills & Requirment:

• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills

Qulification:
MBA Fresher  Preferred
