• Identify candidates, scheduling interviews and propose right candidates.
• Scheduling bulk interviews like telephonic, F2F, VC discussion for different overseas locations
• Experience in Furniture Industry  is an added advantage.
• Performing reference and background checks
• On-boarding and documentation
• Develop and implement HR and performance analysis systems.
• Should be capable to monitor and motivate good performers in the team
• Implement & carry out team building activities
• Maintain employee and management relations
• Prepare payroll and communicate with HR department at our head office 
• Ensure good office decorum
