Job Description
- Identify candidates, scheduling interviews and propose right candidates.
- Scheduling bulk interviews like telephonic, F2F, VC discussion for different overseas locations
- Experience in Furniture Industry is an added advantage.
- Performing reference and background checks
- On-boarding and documentation
- Develop and implement HR and performance analysis systems.
- Should be capable to monitor and motivate good performers in the team
- Implement & carry out team building activities
- Maintain employee and management relations
- Prepare payroll and communicate with HR department at our head office
- Ensure good office decorum
