Job Description

We intends to hire a Passionate to deliver Manager to lead the company’s work in Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh region. He/ She should be enthusiastic and innovative to grab the untapped market of Central India. The Profile would include both Business Development and Management work. A detailed JD is as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Whole and sole responsible for planning and executing all FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) Trainings, a food safety training program of Food Safety & Standards Authority of India
Will be responsible for maximum profit from each training
Responsible for meeting local/zonal office of Food & Drug Department for extracting the leads for upcoming trainings
Coordination with agency certified trainers for their available dates, negotiation of their professional fee, knowing their travel preferences, travel booking, stay booking etc./ same goes go with the assessors, if required
Will be responsible for training promotions by calling prospects, visiting prospect premises, meeting Food Safety Officers locally, sending training proposals and details to prospects over emails, circulating flyers etc.
WILL be responsible for revenue generation from group’s other business of assessment/auditing for HACCP ISO etc., third party auditing, other services enabling our clients implement/follow all FSSAI norms.
Developing a Marketing Team for Field Marketing and Back Office marketing and leading their developed Team
Should be able to establish a good rapport with existing clients, Food Safety Officers, our internal team and external agencies in order to generate referral business
Should be responsible for arranging all sorts of stationary and material arrangements required for the training sessions
Will be responsible for all correspondence with fostac team including partner login at fostac website
Will be the in charge of payment received, payment made and money earned with each training
Will be responsible for dealing with clients till the time they receive training certificates from fostac
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Should be Post Graduate/ graduate from a reputed Institution in related fields

Should have experience of Business Development at Filed and back office levels.

Should have experience of handling teams.

Should be willing to travel.

Should be passionate about work and with an innovative Mind.

Should be well versed in English and Hindi communication.

Should be ready to Visit Government Department offices for liasioning and lead generations.

Experience in Food Industry/ Trainings/ Consultancy firms preferred
