Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
• Should be able to acheive of minimum 1080 packets Delivery monthly.
• Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
• Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
• Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
• Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
• Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
• Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Should have a 2 Wheeler Vehicle with up to date papers (RC, Insurance etc)
• Should have a Smartphone (Android).
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Proven delivery experience is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Salary Details:

Option 1: Fixed Salary (Monthly) with Petrol Allowance

 ₹ 8500/- Monthly Fixed + 100/- Daily (PA)

Monthly Target: 1170 Packets Delivery

Option 2: Per Packet  payout per delivery (MGP)

Minimum Pay out per day : ₹ 350/- up to 1- 20 packets 

Above 20 Packets 

* 14 ₹ - 65% conversion
* 15 ₹ - 70% conversion
* 16 ₹ - 75 % to 85 % .....
* 17 ₹ - 85 % to 90% ......
* 18 ₹ - 91 % to 94 % .....
* 19 ₹ - 95 % to above ...

Incentive: Above Target of 1080 packets, ₹18 per Delivery
