Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
• Should be able to acheive of minimum 1080 packets Delivery monthly.
• Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
• Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
• Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
• Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
• Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
• Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Should have a 2 Wheeler Vehicle with up to date papers (RC, Insurance etc)
• Should have a Smartphone (Android).
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Proven delivery experience is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Salary Structure:

1. Fixed Salary with Target
  - monthly 1090 parcel target
  - 12000/- fixed salary per month
  - 100/- Daily Fuel Allowance 
  -  Salary deduction if targets not meet  

2. Packet Wise Payout ( with targets)

  - Flat 15.50/- on per packet Delivery 
  - No fuel allowance 
  - Monthly payout
  - No Targets 

Benefits: 
Promotion to Supervisor/Hub Incharge position after 6 months
