Job Description

• Provide online chat and telephonic support to customers
• Convert customer requests to sales
• Represent company to customers and resolve issues
• Follow up issues for resolution and gain feedback
• Increase customer satisfaction and develop PR

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate degree of any discipline
• Excellent communication skills and focused on customer satisfaction
• Fluent in at least English and Hindi spoken languages, knowledge of additional languages added advantage
• Minimum work experience: 0-2 year
• MS office proficiency.
• Should be able to deliver under pressure.
