Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
4. Make travel and accommodation arrangements
5. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
6. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
7. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
8. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
9. Take minutes during meetings
10. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
11. Organize and maintain the office filing system
Requirements:
1. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
2. Excellent MS Office knowledge
3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
