Job Description

• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
• Meet monthly quotas
• Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
• Other duties as requested

• Team handling & Managing resources

• Good communication skill to interact with Directors, M & M employees & all other HODs in dealership operations

• Good functional Knowledge in accounting operations

•  Accounts reconciliation

• PnL preparation

• Accounts reconciliation

• EPF

•  ESI

• Taxation

• GST

• Funding / Bank operation

• Salary processing
