Skills Required : Job Summary : Purpose of the role: Build Wealth Management Business in the Region through Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and Relationship Managers (across all levels) Key Responsibilities: Drive Branch and Relationship Managers towards achieving wealth management targets of the region Ensure Cross - sell of Wealth Management products on entire Affluent client base of the bank. Subject Matter Expert Ensure self - positioning as a subject matter expert amongst branch managers and relationship managers Imbibe the concept of leadership through influence and ensure positivity at all times with all stakeholders Provide continuous learning and development to entire branch banking team under to region for increase mind share Give regular feedback to Central Relationship Bankin
