? Responsible for smooth functioning of the center. ? Organize , direct, and monitor all the activities and staff ( teachers, counselor, didi's and housekeeping ) of the centre : preschool and daycare ? Manage good relations with the community : Parent and neighborhood ? Implementation of curriculum as per Learning curve guidelines ? Conducting of events such as annual day concert, sports day, etc ? Attending to parents queries ? Conducting PTM along with the teachers ? Training the teachers working in the center ? Hiring and supervision of Staffs' ? Ensure compliance of admission process: e.g. issue of receipts and deposit of fees in to the designated bank account of the company. ? Ensure that the center is neat, clean and orderly. ?
