Job Description
**Good exposure on support cloud managed backup services **Solid Experience in Commvault. **Solid knowledge of Fiber Channel SANs infrastructures including fabric architecture, zoning, switches, directors and routers. **Basic Knowledge of unix/linux Operating System and ability to troubleshoot backup/storage related issues on it. **Experience in Symantec Netbackup Software and should able to support cloud managed backup services **Excellent Vendor Management Skills for daily co-ordination for Storage/Backup related issues. **General: Follow ITIL best practices. Ability to co-ordinate and work with Global IT team. Strong service orientation with team player competency. Ability to facilitate technical discussions with other groups to resolve issues.
