Job Description
Industrial Relations / Counseling
Handle matters related to contract labour while handling daily problems and grievances to ensure quick / prompt settlement.
Drive standardization of employee HR policies, processes with regard to Employee / Industrial Relations and its implementation in the company.
Monitor and update any new labour related rules & regulations and analysis on the impact on HR practices.
Review, identify and enhance HR policies and guidelines in HR practices to optimize HR management system and minimize HR risks.
Advice and counsel HR practices, Labour dispute / arbitration or potential ER cases proactively as per Indian Labour Law.
Deliver a systematic reporting and analysis on employee / industrial relations on regular bases.Candidate should have 8 - 10 years of experie
