1+ year of experience with and/or supporting clients in the use of marketing automation. Experience with one or more of the following is required: Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Real Magnet, High Road, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or Informz. Experience with Salesforce configuration, support, or administration. Familiarity with email marketing assets, such as templates, forms, platform compatibility, etc. High level of business acumen, including creative problem-solving abilities Good verbal and written English skills are very important because this role will serve as tier 1 support for client tickets Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/clients and deadlines Ability to work independently as well as on a team Basic knowledge of HTML
