Primary Purpose: a. To ensure that all Child Care processes reflect the school philosophy b. To deliver world class Child Care program Secondary Purpose: a. To implement the Child Care curriculum at School b. To construct rich learning experiences for the children in the Child Care program Major accountabilities of the position: a. Imbibe the School Philosophy: i. Endeavour to develop a deep understanding of the School philosophy ii. Stand for the rights of children iii. Work effectively in partnership with parents b. Ensure a safe, warm and high quality learning and caring environment at School: i. Welcome all Child Care children with a daily health check which includes temperature check and looking out for symptoms of infection or discomfort ii. Ensure children are supervised
