Job Description

Build-outs, setup, user training, hardware/software installation, maintenance and support, and documentation of operating procedures and processes for ~50 desktops, laptops, and servers running Linux Linux administration including changes, deletes, disk space management, application installation, and backups Support network architecture comprising firewalls, network switches, access points, VOIP phones, etc. Coordinate with various service providers such as ISPs, email hosting provider, etc. to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise from time to time Ensure maximum uptime of above mentioned IT assets by scheduling and carrying out required maintenance activities User account management pertaining to various internal systems Troubleshooting reported problems, recommending or t
