Ophthalmology segment - 3+ years  Working closely with customers to enable them to better understand the equipment applications in order to enable higher licensing revenue Conduct level wise training for customers to move them from Basic level to Expert level in a step wise manner to drive customer adoption Support all identified training centers with TTT certifications and training collateral to drive better product awareness  Manage escalations by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders Define resource skill matrix classification and resources as appropriate to ensure clear definition of a work load management plan and also to drive upskilling and reskilling wherever required  Drive adherence to the defined Knowledge Management framework a
