1. Assistant Manager Sales- Personal Loan, Salaried Personal Loan, Professional Loan
Job Locations -
Gadhinglaj, Chandwad, Kamptee, Kannad, Modnimb, Sakoli, Umargam, Vaijapur, Yawal, Malkapur, Akot, Rahuri, Malegaon, Pachora, Satara
 

Responsibilities

1. Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets
2. Open market Sourcing for Salaried loan customers
3. Identification of good areas to operate and customer profiles
4. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations
5. Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
6. Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio
Role Requirements:

• Candidates with Prior Experience in Personal loan, Business loan, Salaried loans, CASA & Credit Card sales can apply
• Candidates from Banking & NBFC are welcome 
• Must have Team Management and Relationship Management Skills
