An Old Dalian of 2003 batch and a BE (EC), MSW; Prachi comes with a resourceful 10 years of work experience in ITES, Print Media, Automobile and Education industries. She has worked with some renowned companies like IBM Daksh, Agnibaan, Maruti Mycar and Acropolis College to name a few, handling versatile profiles like HR, Sales &Training. Even before completing her education, she got into ITES sector back in 2005 and after going through a fair bit of ups & downs, she understood that Recruitment and Placement is not a mere business, but a noble cause of helping the unemployed of the society and bridging the gap between the corporates who are looking out for them. That’s when she came up with Career Dynamics, along with her husband Punit Pandey, the first organized job portal of Indore. Today, in such a short period of time, they are not only providing quality human resources PAN India, but have a total of 8000 placements to their credit, and still counting.
