Job profile – rnFor International Web and Chat Support Profile (rotational night shift)-rn1. To provide the back support to Overseas Clients.rn2. Online Web and Chat supportrn3. Chatting with two or three clientsrn4. Email support and managementrn5. The information which will be provided to clients will be based on the process.rnEligibility-rn• Any graduate/undergraduatern• Typing speed minimum 30 words per minute with 95% accuracyrn• Good command on English, verbal and written both skills.rn• High Confidence levelrn• Should be agreed to relocate to Ahmedabadrn• Should be comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment for Web and Chat Support.rnTraining period- Training period would be of 3 months. Two months off line training (class room training) and one month online training (on job training). Full salary is started from day one.rnrnSalary package – rnFor Web and Chat Support - CTC Rs. 2.22-2.58lacs per annum plus other corporate benefits.rn It’s negotiable for experienced candidates based on their knowledge, experience and present salary package.
